- Cleaning requirements
- Cure time by temperature

In my experience, ordering the right product is 90% of the job. The other 10% is making sure the crew actually has the instructions on site. If you're shipping to a remote job, print the PDF and put it in the box.
Step 3: Answer 'Do You Need a UV Light for Epoxy Resin?' Before Someone Asks
Short answer: for standard epoxy resin, no. Epoxy cures by chemical reaction, not by light. You don't need a UV light for epoxy resin that is designed to cure with a hardener. UV light is only required for UV-curable resin, which is a different product.
The surprise wasn't how often this question comes up. It was how many people assume epoxy is like resin art where you cure with a lamp. For Sika epoxy adhesives and structural epoxies, check the product label. If it says 'Part B' or 'hardener,' you're good without a UV light.
That said, if the epoxy is a clear coating exposed to sunlight, ask about UV resistance. That's about preventing yellowing, not curing.
